QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT The Quality Assurance Policy of Doon Valley (Heat Treatment) Ltd is to
implement and maintain a Quality Assurance System, which meets the requirements
of :- The purpose of the Quality System, as detailed in this Quality Manual and supporting documentation, is to ensure that all services provided are in compliance with customers expectations and needs. Compliance with this Quality Policy is MANDATORY for all personnel employed by the company. Encouragement is given for each employee to develop and maintain an attitude of continued quality improvement within their area or activity. Responsibility for the implementation of the contents of this Quality Policy is hereby delegated to the Quality Representative who has the complete responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Quality System. The Quality Representative will represent the company in all matters that relate to Quality Assurance and has full authority, freedom and responsibility to monitor the effectiveness of the Quality System through regular Audits and Corrective Action Reviews.
